I search for Kickstarter Link to and in

Kickstarter got in 21.03 begin to pledge super Early but after card in on 21.04 all was away.

So please a Kickstarter Link om Website.

In for the OG backer pledge, which has now come and gone so we can bring it up. Unfortunate that of the 357 original backers only about half got in on that, although I imagine some got itchy trigger fingers and went for one of the early bird specials rather than wait for an hour. I know I was getting nervous watching the early birds dwindle down, waiting patiently for the 15 minute window to start....

More importantly: a very promising start to the overall campaign. You have blown past the original campaign totals in 1.5 hours and are almost 50% funded. Last time around you were a little over 15% funded after a full day. Hopefully I am not giving anyone PTSD by showing the original kickstarter campaign record:

You had the same number of backers in a matter of minutes today, than you did in the first full day last time. Well done!
 
Good review, Jay uses a NZXT Kraken in the video and it fits very well.
 
I wonder if you could do a rad on the bottom to cool gpu and rad on top for the cpu(x2 hats), or vice versa. Would be like a little m-atx case.

Believe you could, Jay is saying hes going to do exactly that.

THE real question is can you stack the Ghost S1 on another Ghost S1! Haha

apparently you can, which is what Jay said he's most likely going to do. When you keep adding on these top hats though, I'm kinda wondering when you leave "SFF" territory and enter NZXT manta ITX territory

Will you be able to screw that middle small hat to both frames? I mean is there a way to access the screws from both sides?
 
I think that the only way would be a strong magnet.

Btw i m not sure about the goal..dan had a much lower goal for both their kickstart

It's probably related to MOQ (minimum order quantity) - the manufacturers usually offer a better per-unit price if you order more than a specific amount. A lower MOQ would mean a higher per-unit price. It could also be a hard MOQ, i.e. the manufacturer won't even accept the order at all unless there are enough units ordered.

I personally don't think it's high, and neither am I worried about the Kickstarter succeeding. I'm confident it will.

Louqe have replied to someone's question in the KS comment section with the following:
"There are many add-ons in the pipeline, glass side panels, handle TopHat, ODD TopHat, I/O TopHat, carrying cases, joiner Hats etc... first we need to get the platform out, then many options will be available. With enough funding we will be able to kick those projects off right away!"

So sounds like it's being planned and i love the idea of a carry handle top hat :cool:

That is what I like to see! I've changed my hopes for the KS, I hope to see at least 2000 backers so the add-ons come to fruition.

It's now at 75% and still not even a full day.

I hope it now doesn't simply stop like the original campaign and that JayzTwoCents's video gets some new folk to back it.

I was expecting JayzTwoCents's to have a complete build video. He didn't have a PSU, so we did not see a complete build at all :(

Since we're on this subject, do you know why he showed a Titan X instead of a 1080ti?
Isn't the 1080ti slightly better?

Also, at about 8:25 he said that a blower style GPU is preffered? Why is it?

Well for any SFF case exhausting air out the back is idea. Using a open air style GPU will saturate the interior of the case with heat which in-turn will rise CPU temperatures. I will wait to see Jayz2cents "balls to the wall" build and maybe he can sqeeze that kingpin 1080ti in there. If he can and prove low CPU temps (without AIO) then I may consider sticking with an open air style GPU.

Also, at around 6:28-6:30in the video, he said that it is black and matches the case.

I was thinking about this. I backed and got a Sentry case from SaperPL & ZombiPL. In their thread some people have used foam to create a funnel for GPU or CPU fans up to the grills on the case. Maybe with the side grills something like this would help the non-blower style cards.

A blower focuses the hot air out the grill of the card rather than spread it around the inside of your case.
