Agreed... Except, for the lack of Harmony remote to rid yourself of the drawer full of.... well.... remotes.

I just built this over the weekend:
Zalman HD160XT Plus
ASUS P5K-E
Intel Core 2 Duo E6750
2x1GB Kingston PC2-5300
2x1TB Seagate 7200.11 in RAID0
LG GGC-H20L Blu-ray/HD DVD Drive
2x WinTV-HVR-1600 Dual Tuners
ASUS 8600GT Silent
HeroIchi/HEC Windmill 385W PSU
That screen is AMAZING. No words can describe how cool the touch screen function is.
Also just a side note, that computer is so quiet, I put resistors on all the fans and I can barely hear the thing, the loudest part is the optical drive.
Do they make that thing without the touchscreen? I think that is the case I'm looking for!

Here's my 10.2TB NAS that holds all the media for the house.
~1100 movies (hi-def and SD)
~1000 music videos
~700 CDs ripped
plus more added weekly..
I currently have three of those cupboards/cabinets jammed with all kinds of discs.. I would love to put all of them in storage somewhere and just have it on the NAS--That's the idea anyways..Wow, you must have a big cupboard for all those DVDs/BRs/CDs?
x264 compression & .mkv container for HD movies.. For DVD's I mostly rip movie only.. How do I know what discs i have? I wrote my own web database front end to keep track of them:do u know what movies u have? lol.
aaanyways. how're u archiving HD movies, .mkv container?
i wish i had a house that big to put my HT in =*(.
Here's my setup. Nothing terribly fancy -- no surround sound as I live in a small condo + I mainly listen to music, so 2.0 suffices. Thinking about wall-mounting my plasma...
Intel Core 2 Duo 2GHz
Asus P5M2 server mobo
3x 500GB HD's (RAID 5)
2.0GB RAM
40" Panasonic Plasma
Harmon Kardon AVR-247
Paradigm Mini Monitors
