Fair enough, my oldest loves that hide and seek stuff

The latter of the two I fucking hate. It's why I didn't care much for Alien Isolation and find the mere concept of the Amnesia: Dark Descent offensive.Well, there is stealth where being the hunter is an option and then there is helpless hide and seek.
I'm not a big fan either. During Phantom Liberty there was the Alien Isolation bit of gameplay if you sided with Reed and it was fine as a short break from the normal gameplay but I don't like playing full games that are like that. Resident Evil balanced the action and run for your life moments and that is about as much of that as I can take. If the whole game is running and hiding while trying to solve puzzles, it's not for me.The latter of the two I fucking hate. I loved Alien Isolation, but could never get into resident evil. I despise being resource constrained all the time. In Resident Evil when you pass a section, you don't enjoy it "Oh woo, I'm glad that's over with" Instead you start pondering whether you could've done that part using less resources. Even saving uses resources so you feel guilty for saving the game too often. It's a game that is never fun. And then I didn't even mention the constant backtracking and trying to think where is the thing you didn't have the key for but now you do.I'm not a big fan either. I'm a big fan of games like Hitman where you are the hunter but I also like Chaos Theory from the Splinter Cell series where you don't need to hunt or run in fear. I feel like Cyberpunk 2077 has a lot of options for that style of gameplay if you want to play it that way. It's one of the reasons I like it so much.
