Well on their chat they said they don't handle the Intel OEM warranty so basically all a buyer has to fall on is the 30 day return policy. Intel's warranty terms state end users are basically tits up on OEM warranty if the reseller/distributor isn't handling it. Not worth gambling $360 on in my book. I dunno maybe I'll gamble on it since Wal-mart screwed me over restocked what I ordered 5 times and never shipped mine stating it was delayed then cancelled my order.
I would call customer service for this as they handle the returns. The chat agents are probably just sales.

Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is over $120 off from the normal price. My kid has been begging for a tablet to draw with and Ive been looking at them... had to bite at my first CDW purchase.

Their online system is trash? Why even have an online system if you have to call?

Sweet! Did they ship it any differently?
Ooos sorry totally miss this, not at all. Guess the box was in better condition and it lasted all the way here to California!

I noticed when I place an order online and pay for ground shipping, they ship it by 2 day still. Anyone experience this?

I placed a phone order where they did this, but that's the only time I've experienced it.

Because this is the outlet and if you want it, you have to work a bit for it. If not, full price normal ordering works great on their online system.

So I can't sleep but need to as I have to be up in 3.5hrs, so trying to make myself sleepy finding deals like this one:

16GB DDR3 2x 8GB for only $39+tax+ship:
https://www.cdw.com/product/proline-ddr3-kit-16-gb-2-x-8-gb-dimm-240-pin-unbuffered/6430687?pfm=srh

Second set too currently at $56:
https://www.cdw.com/product/proline-ddr3-kit-16-gb-2-x-8-gb-dimm-240-pin-unbuffered/6441483?pfm=srh

Nice 32GB upgrade for under $100. :D

And I guess I've never posted phones before, but this seems to be a pretty good deal on an open box Motorola for $38 that's usually $100+:
https://www.cdw.com/product/motorol...-16gb-smartphone-starry-black/6397924?pfm=srh

They also have some tablet deals on the Fire 7 for $24 and $25/ea:
https://www.cdw.com/product/amazon-...-16-gb-7-with-alexa-hands-fre/6418095?pfm=srh
https://www.cdw.com/product/amazon-...-16-gb-7-with-alexa-hands-fre/6399674?pfm=srh

Great price on a Startech 2 port DP KVM for $26 that's normally almost $100:
https://www.cdw.com/product/startec...le-kvm-switch-w-remote-switch/6397951?pfm=srh

Always great deals on docking stations if you need one:

$50.95 with tax and shipping; although I didn't call in, so if someone else really wants it, call in and snipe it, and my wallet will thank you. Going to upgrade my home servers currently at 12G and 4G, to hopefully 16 and 16.
Nice! That's what I've paid for my used modules I've got from here and other places. Solid deal for new ones with a warranty. (y)

Modern server ram (ddr4 ecc reg) can also be found as deals time-to-time. I know I saw some 32GB modules going for a really good price and someone else was watching them too as they were gone once the price hit a sweet spot. :)

Went to install this today and found water coming into my basement, ram install delayed, but got the leaky plumbing under the sink of the underused guest bathroom turned off sooner than would have happened otherwise, so yay.

Getting water shut off in time is always a good thing. One time I had to head to a business late at night to finish up some work I didn't get done during the day since I had an early morning flight. I hot water fitting had come loose because stupid installer put a simple compression fitting on it and it came off after so many years. There was 3" of water in the whole place and the windows were steamed up, but I can only imagine how bad this would have been after a week. Water issues are no joke, that's for sure.

Great prices. Any reason to fear using used like new drives in your NAS at home?
I'll echo what exiled350 said. Keep a basic level of backup and you are fine. From what I can tell from the little I've used the warehouse it's likely some on ordered a dozen and realized it didn't suit their needs. Maybe they ordered sas instead of sata like those 16tb drives and they are brand new or they put them into production for a week and found out it would not perform fast enough and have very low usage. Either way I'd feel safe buying it if I had a need and recommend them to a friend at work who bought new drives the day before.

Those are great prices. If I was filling up a home NAS I'd jump on them, the ironwolf drives in particular.

We use EXOS drives at work and I like them too - for $225 that's a steal, you can basically get two for the price of 1.

...and I see it looks like someone jumped on that deal already. :) The 8TB Ironwolf drives are still something like 40% off their price on Amazon, excellent value.

So drive deals vary. I personally have bought and used nothing but outlet drives now for the last decade. Generally, if they are open box, they will have been tested in a particular scenario that didn't work (firmware conflict or some other specific use case issue, nothing wrong with the drive itself), with the occasional warranty drive that was easier to swap through CDW than to warrranty it or turned into a doa due to shipping damage (many outlet drives come just in a padded envelope in a box with the 'big bubble' packing material that CDW uses). If it's sealed it's pretty much new from a cancelled project or whatnot. A lot of times they can be returns for the wrong drive too.

Keep in mind that regardless of the state, generally these drives all still have the factory warranty on them, so if there's any issues, you will typically still have that. But be sure to keep your invoice as you may need the date to validate the warranty for older model drives that had an older manufacture's date.

We have had good luck with the enterprise grade drives through the outlet. If we had more sas equipment, we would be buying more of those since the sas once tend to drop to even lower prices (I've seen SAS Exos 8TB for as low as $99 in the outlet).

But finding a deal on storage in the outlet has become much more difficult than it once was--probably mainly my fault since so many people now know about it and hence deals can be gone before you can pounce on them. For me, it's made buying drives a lot tougher.

I think a lot of people are spending more time deal hunting for any tech they can find now, too. Supply shortages has made it harder to find anything it seems.

Perhaps, but inventory issues with storage only really started when I started posting storage deals. Now, I struggle to find what storage I need when I need it. :(

a bunch of 12TB for 209. Is that still a good deal?
One set of those 8tb went down to 109. The rest sold for 129. I also know that shucked drives can got for ~$14 a tb. That said you get a longer warranty and don't have to hassle with with 3.3v mods on retail drives. My guess is they will probably come down some but I don't have a good frame of reference since I have never bought drives from them. Last time I needed some I shucked some 12tb amazon had on sale and Bh photo price matched.

It's not much hassle to clip the orange wire coming from the power supply. But, if prices were comparable, I too would prefer to buy a drive intended for internal use.

I thought about doing that with my cables but just went with the kapton tape option instead.
