bro I already got a tracking number
i will let time decide fate
I checked the outlet when you posted and it looked like it was just pulled. If you've got a tracking number and it's actually moving, you should be in great shape. (y)

Is that a really good price for a 2070 super? Cards went through the roof in pricing I don't even know what is "good" anymore, good compared to where prices have been (i.e. not necessarily that good) or good based on where the pricing "should" be (yeah I'm not going to get in an argument on this concept).

Warm?

Samsung 970 EVO NVMe 250GB - $46.99
https://www.cdw.com/product/samsung-ssd-mz-v7s250b-am-970-evo-b/5861512?pfm=srh

Maybe not super competitive with other drives for that price, but that's a pretty good price for Samsung NVMe specifically.
It's a decent price until you add in the shipping costs and taxes and then a new one from B&H for $70 shipped will look better. :( But the good thing folks is that you can check back again next week to see if it's dropped some more! (y)

It's a decent discount as it's almost $100 off the cheapest I could find for $530 out-the-door at PC Nation:
https://www.pcnation.com/web/details/6UQ796/PNY-GeForce-RTX-2070-SUPER-Graphic-Card-8-GB-GDDR6-VCG20708SBLMPB-0751492630427?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&adpos=1o3&scid=scplp6UQ796&sc_intid=6UQ796&mkwid=s_dc&pcrid=405877708540&pkw=&pmt=&plc=&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIwZesiM745gIVmZOzCh1TCgczEAkYAyABEgIAa_D_BwE

On a percentage basis that's almost 20% off. (y) And looking on ebay and comparing with the $649 msrp listed on some of the listings there, it's a whopping 30%+ off of msrp. :ROFLMAO:

Was checking out how good that cyberpower deal at b&h compared to what there is in the outlet and ran into this 3000va apc beauty that's probably at the bottom price--usually $1300+, sitting at $786:
https://www.cdw.com/product/apc-smart-ups-x-3000va-rack-twr-lcd/5883607?pfm=srh
Another solid deal are these Liebert 3000va units that are usually $1000+ currently sitting at $525. They have lots of them too:
https://www.cdw.com/product/vertiv-liebert-psi5-ups-3000va-2700w/5879837?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/vertiv-liebert-psi5-ups-3000va-2700w/5883961?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/vertiv-liebert-psi5-ups-3000va-2700w/5876539?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/vertiv-liebert-psi5-ups-3000va-2700w/5876488?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/vertiv-liebert-psi5-ups-3000va-2700w/5879863?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/vertiv-liebert-psi5-ups-3000va-2700w/5876532?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/vertiv-liebert-psi5-ups-3000va-2700w/5876525?pfm=srh
This Eaton 3000va that's usually $1300+ is currently at $714:
https://www.cdw.com/product/eaton-5px-3000va-gph-lcd-rk-twr-2u/5879730?pfm=srh
And even Tripplite has a nice 3000va unit that's usually $1200+ at $744:
https://www.cdw.com/product/tripp-3000va-ups-smart-online-2u-rm/5892330?pfm=srh
Looks like 3000va deals all around no matter what brand is your favorite. :)

I didn't check how good this is in terms of DDR4 ECC pricing, but this is what they have that I found:
https://www.cdw.com/search/memory/server-memory/?w=m4&outlet=1&maxrecords=72&SortBy=PriceAsc&ln=0&a1665=50002909
Cheap and SAS usually aren't found in the same sentence. :D That being said, I did see some deals on 4TB and 8TB and 10TB drives that are pretty good for the quality of the drive. These are also quite near the bottom if not already there, so get them before they're gone:
https://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-4tb-ent-cap-3.5-hdd-sas-7200/5883064?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-4tb-ent-cap-3.5-hdd-sas-7200/5882208?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-4tb-ent-cap-3.5-hdd-sas-7200/5882181?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-4tb-ent-cap-3.5-hdd-sas-7200/5882682?pfm=srh

https://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-10tb-7.2k-sas-12g-3.5in-hdd/5882154?pfm=srh
I don't know how I forgot about these guys--16TB of 7200rpm 5yr warranty enterprise goodness that's normally $400+ currently sitting at $306:
https://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-16tb-7.2k-3.5in-sas-hdd-bst/5904040?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-16tb-7.2k-3.5in-sas-hdd-bst/5903439?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-16tb-7.2k-3.5in-sas-hdd-bst/5904043?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-16tb-7.2k-3.5in-sas-hdd-bst/5904376?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-16tb-7.2k-3.5in-sas-hdd-bst/5903440?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-16tb-7.2k-3.5in-sas-hdd-bst/5903437?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-16tb-7.2k-3.5in-sas-hdd-bst/5904046?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-16tb-7.2k-3.5in-sas-hdd-bst/5903458?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-16tb-7.2k-3.5in-sas-hdd-bst/5904049?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-16tb-7.2k-3.5in-sas-hdd-bst/5903435?pfm=srh
These are currently at $376, but will come down to $306. If you watch the $306 drives to see how far they will drop to, you will know the lowest price you can get these for and then use this batch to get the lowest price. ;)
https://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-16tb-7.2k-3.5in-sas-hdd-bst/5921218?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-16tb-7.2k-3.5in-sas-hdd-bst/5924255?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-16tb-7.2k-3.5in-sas-hdd-bst/5921225?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-16tb-7.2k-3.5in-sas-hdd-bst/5921318?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-16tb-7.2k-3.5in-sas-hdd-bst/5924278?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-16tb-7.2k-3.5in-sas-hdd-bst/5921319?pfm=srh
I have to also mention the 3yr warranty 7200 rpm sata cousin is also a decent deal at $302 as it's also usually $400+:
https://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-ironwolf-16tb-7.2k-sata-3.5/5909737?pfm=srh
There's more at $390 that will get down to $302 in time. In fact, if you watch the $302 to find out its rock bottom price, you will know the best price to get all these at: (y)
https://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-ironwolf-16tb-7.2k-sata-3.5/5961841?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-ironwolf-16tb-7.2k-sata-3.5/5962953?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-ironwolf-16tb-7.2k-sata-3.5/5961840?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-ironwolf-16tb-7.2k-sata-3.5/5962949?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-ironwolf-16tb-7.2k-sata-3.5/5961839?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-ironwolf-16tb-7.2k-sata-3.5/5962954?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-ironwolf-16tb-7.2k-sata-3.5/5961838?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/seagate-ironwolf-16tb-7.2k-sata-3.5/5961837?pfm=srh

What is a good PCIe SAS 3 controller card?
I got an Avago LSI 9300-8i (broadcom controller, iirc). Don't know how it compares to others, but it's cheap and it does the job. Initialization at boot is slow, but I understand that unless you spend a lot, that's what you get.

Anyone looking for a nice color laser multifunction? This brother one for $136 is $150 less than the usual price of almost $300. I think it is at its bottom and there's two of them: :)
https://www.cdw.com/product/brother-dpx-wrls-clr-laser-printer/5888688?pfm=srhhttps://www.cdw.com/product/brother-dpx-wrls-clr-laser-printer/5885710?pfm=srh
Thanks, ordered one as a replacement for a Dell color laser that was damaged either during a move or sitting too long before being connected after the move. Don't print often but color prints are handy for vehicle wiring diagrams. I think the Dell has damaged toner rollers but it would cost far more then the cost of the Brother to test that hypothesis.

If you didn't call in the order, call them first thing Monday morning and make sure they allocate one to your order. Otherwise, someone else's order may get it and you'll only get a message a week later that your order was cancelled. One of the quirks of the outlet, but a minor one once you get used to it. (y)

Called about 7:30am Central. Found out that the system the customer reps use isn't updated with weekend orders until 8:00am CT. But the person did say they would process my order. Received a tracking number this evening.

Thank you for sharing! Great info to have about orders over the weekend. (y)

Both the Brothers are gone from the outlet so hopefully one of those is yours. :)

This sounds like what happened to me on a ups I ordered way back. I shall also try to keep this in mind when I order something again.

Yep, and after I had my share of these things happen, I have them place their hands on it and then place a phone order right then--this way I have it and it's mine. Of course that only works if your payment goes through on the first shot as mine didn't once, and by the time I called them the items were gone. :( It's a bit of game with the outlet sometimes, but a worthwhile game to play. ;)

It arrived this afternoon. The styrofoam packing on the bottom was pretty well broken up but the printer has passed test print and copy just fine. Recent rains have turned the rural roads into suspension test roads. No telling how many miles of bouncing the printer endured in the back of the UPS truck before arriving here.

Great to hear! A lot of time the packaging material will be rough because this will be its 3rd trip--the original sale, the return, and now out to you. This is why larger items are a bit of a risk, but that's what UPS insurance is for.

Great to hear it's performing well. I would just give it a good lookover for anything that's broken or rattling around. You're covered by the warranty, so that's the ace in the hole. (y)

Want those 14tb drives. Cannot justify it for my Plex server. Too many drives to populate, even at that price.

Just get a pair and run them mirrored until you can migrate more. (y) I usually pick off drives in 'sets' and then migrate them in and continue to pick off more as prices and demands dictate.
