I'm no better, M60 spammer judging by this. I haven't touched it since the nerf though, it seems almost unfair to use it once you reach a high rank.

No idea how the squad attitude is calculated

I get bored unless I'm on the front lines, so my K/D ratio sucks, lol. Not as fast as I used to be either, 42 now. That's almost pre-historic in computer years. ;)

Very true, but I was getting abuse weilding the mighty M60, and it got a little easy to kill with it and fancied more of a challenge ranking up lesser weapons.

My KDR didn't go over 1.0 until about level 20, so give it some time.

There are other weapons in the game fellas. I abuse a few as well, but for me mixing it up and getting decent at each gun is more fun than just using a few. I have too many kills with the AN, so I don't use it anymore. Eventually I want at least gold with each one.

M14 platinum is my current goal, but it's not the easiest gun to use.



These stats graphics are kinda cool though.

I have plat in several weapons. But why would I not play with the best gun for that class?

It's 300k to rank up. I care less about 5k every other day at this point. Especially if it means I am less efficient. I am just better off staying steady on the course.

This! I got some sidearm kills before I unlocked the tracer, but since then, I pretty much always take the dart gun. Certainly as engineer, but even as assault and medic. Tracering (a word?) infantry is always lots of lulz, and now that more people know how to lock on vehicles and aircraft go down quick.

As a comparision / benchmark how long did it take you to get 1000 kills? The quickest weapon for me to get 1000 kills with was the T88 LMG, took 9 hours 25 minutes.

The M416 is a very nice weapon, accurate, good damage & decent fire rate. It 'feels' like an easy weapon to use. I've gone back to it after getting the platinum with the AN-94. It's easily the second best Assault weapon IMHO.
 


Anyone know if the gadget weapons require bronze to get the all weapons bronze award? I think the only weapon I don't have a bronze for is the 40mm shotgun...

I think the bronze star award is still broken because of the freebie veterans rifle that does not track.

heh yeah i put in some time this weekend with the M416. i'll have to look at the time spent and see how efficient i am with it.

But yeah most of those kills were pre-nerf. I've used it a lot less now. On to CG noobtubing now!

No points for double platinum. Just extrapolating what it would be based off 1 plat = 500 kills.

I have 8 gold tags.

Got my 7th two nights ago on some level 45 guy that was talking crap about my CG ownage. Felt damn good to get his tag as my 1,000th.

Got my 8th last night from a level 43.

I think I got about 700 tags in my first 100 hours with the game and only 300 in the last 100. The knife bug really bugs.

Bah! to you guys I say!

I equipped a pistol last night, just for shits and giggles. I kept shooting damn tanks and choppers with it. It's so ingrained to just hit "1" when I see a tank or chopper now, that it throws my rhythm (for lack of a better word) off with out the tracer gun.

How do people even get down to no bullets, that they have to pull out a side arm? I started playing Assault (got plat on the AN94...talk about crazy OP) even with the 30 clip, I just don't see how you get down to the pistol. Kill 2, reload, miss a few reload.

Still 1 kill on pistols after several days of assault.

When you're in the middle of a firefight and take out two enemies with a third around the corner, switching to a pistol versus reloading can make the difference between a third kill and death.
