BF-BC2 - Post your vital statistics...

I'm a noobie at online FPS and can only play a couple of hours everyday. I do love being a tank crew though.

 
What classes do you guys normally play?
I'm always assault or medic

Also you guys w/ postive ratios, I recommend trying Hardcore RUSH games, I garuntee that ratio will begin to even out =X

I think it depends... I prefer regular mode because it does take more bullets to kill someone...

Hardcore just makes it easier, I'd be killing people so much quicker just because I wouldn't need to worry about headshots. (as Recon)...

I tried it for a bit and that proved true, it just made killing/dieing faster... I'm not really a fan of that style of play, I like having a slight chance to recover if someone gets the drop on me, if they really got the drop I'd be dead (headshot/knife/nade) but if they are starting to shoot me in the side from across the map I can get a chance to find better cover / shoot back and maybe kill them. But in hardcore you're pretty much dead no matter what and takes some of the fun out of it. My ratio is sticking above 3 right now :p

It goes down whenever I play medic/assault or go rambo shotgun recon... haha



Even though I have 29 wins and 37 losses

I found it the opposite. The amount of bullets to kill people in normal with any machine gun is just plain retarded which is why I liked hardcore. I'm quitting BFBC2 anyways since the vehicle combat just isn't there and I'm not really digging the perk system at all.

Last time I played hardcore rush I went like 35-4 on attacking. Sniping, but I was sniping within hand nade range of the defenders just shooting them before they could shoot me.
 


Mainly played as engineer and assault....a few medic kit pickups to save my cronies. I like going in like Rambo.

Also I forgot to note my favorite way to play is "Cool-Aid Man" recon. Meaning that I plant C4 on the wall of a building I know someone is in, blow it, and literally jump throw the doorway with my shotgun blazing.Killing everyone before the dust settles is the goal. ;)

Haha I totally do that shit too cept I line an entire side with C4 and try to collapse the building first.

Motion Mine > C4 > Shotgun/M14
 


I play mostly assault, and finally just started playing on hardcore servers the other day...I love stabbing people tho /shrug
 
I think the site is messed up now. These are definitely not my stats (although I wish they were :p). I'm currently at rank 21 with a 1.1 K : D ratio and I've lost more games than I've won.

 
EA Servers are down (surprise) so the stats site isn't working atm.

There are some good K/D ratios on here.

It may be a good idea to state what class you predominately play.

I'm playing Medic and Assault mostly, great fun with a decent team.

Hardcore Rush is fantastic playing as an offensive Assault class. Tough as nails, I rarely make 1/1 K/D. More like my 0.80. Hardcore server tend to get the 20 - 30 ranked players and it's a good way to improve fast trying to deal with them, not to mention frustrating (but in a fun way - lots of swearing and mouse abuse ;) )
 
I've played a bit of hardcore, the problem is the large number of snipers, if they capped the number on snipers it might be a bit more fun, I agree though rush is fun I've played it a fair bit more than conquest.

I've played Assault, Medic and Engineer through to get all the unlocks and i've just started on recon now, so my K/D ratio of about 1.71 should start going up sharply, I've had some good matches as recon with about 10:1 K/D ratio.

Sniping is a lot of fun, I wrote a really in depth sniping guide for BF1942, all i did in that game was snipe all day and loved it. MIght do that again for BC2 if I have time :)

More detailed stats, the stats look correct. Certainly win/losses is correct.

Jeez, I'm seriously behind on the rankings and playtime. I've noticed the standard of play going up as I go nowhere
