Actually to be fair to all of us. I think we all have been pretty nice in our criticism. I think if you push us hard enough than our true feelings come out of what we think of the crap thats on sale. Put so far we have been nice.

Maybe I miss the goodstuff. I never seem to find any deals from monarch that stand out enough to make me purchase them. This sale is no exception. I'm pretty impulsive at times when I see a good deal, but compare this stuff to the last stuff i bought - a 500gb sata hd from outpost for 200, and a 250gb from outpost with 16mb cache for 69.99... both new..and there's nothing really that great. I was thinking about looking for a nice case for a server build.. but the rebates don't even take care of shipping - which is overpriced imo.
 
Ending the countdown early was more annoying that anything else... here I sat, my alarm set for 8:30PM Pacific (waiting for the 9PM Pacific sale), and my friend IM's me a link 2.5 hours before the deals are set to start. "He's telling me about the countdown I'm already waiting on... I know about it, but I'll click anyway." Lo and behold, the countdown was cut short.

I wonder how much I missed out on but being late to the party, because I expected the fucking party to start two hours from now.

Outstanding waste of hype. Good idea, bad execution.
 
it looks like thay are changing the prices i just look at the BFG BFG Geforce 7800 GTX OC 256MB it was for $465.69 now it is for $435.00 ?

IMHO this is just um disappointing, when you consider that how long it takes to ship and WTF then will let you know if the "oversell" you should know what you have with realtime tracking....WTF

ok, suddenly when im trying to buy a seagate 250gb and age of empires 3 for $20, it tells me my cc # is invalid.. yet it worked at noon today for my opteron purchase..ive typed it in 3 times.. oh well.
 
If you can buy a 7900GT for $310 that is newer, runs cooler, overclocks better, and performs the same as a 7800GTX 256MB , why would you pay more for their 7800? I think it's a good deal and all, but I personally don't see a need for that particular card at that particular price.
 
Well I know they are refurb, but $150 for a 400 sata GB drive with NCQ is not a bad deal... I bought 5 plus a $250 raid 5 card. under $1100 for a 1.6 TB raid 5 is cheap in my book..

You know what gets me is Monarch has always tryed to post deals we ask for on this forum. Now every man and his brother wants to bad mouth them. They have even gone as far as doing Hard OCP Deals only. Now i didnt find anything i wanted out of these deals but hey theres always next time.

there were alot of deals, if you knew what you were looking for

It's also refurbished and may not come with any of the accessories.
