Two out of 4 not working means bad bios flash (ME partition)
One of FOUR not working means bent pin in CPU LGA grid, or one bad RAM stick - so you have to try switching around RAM sticks in "bad" slots, or one RAM stick not all the way down, or 8 pin PSU plug not avail - only 4 pin, or XMP profile not set
Never install RAM with PSU on (+5VSB always on)
