I'd put a dual 120mm rad in the top.azrael201 said:How do you think you guys would mod this for water cooling?
Would you get one big dual heater core in the 5.25 bay and dremel holes for two 120mm fans?
or is there other options that would not mar the beautiful case and still give great temps?
azrael201 said:so there is no way around dremeling the top of this case?
Going by your sig, I think a new video card would be a higher priority than a new case.ikellensbro said:You could just use a single 120 rad/'86 Chevette hc on the top exhaust fan, or of course you could dremel towards the front to make room for a 2 or 3x120 rad/hc. The case seems really nice for WCing, with the stock blowhole, bottom area to stash hds to make room for the pump in the top hd bay, and just plain lots of room to work with.
Im with Nightrain, I still cant decide what case to to get, becuase LLs are so light, but the P180 sounds like it makes an extremely quiet case, but it weighs twice as much, and I go to lans pretty frequently...decisions, decisions.
Sure it will, there's good clearance over and under the PSU for things to run cool.ikellensbro said:I realized that my ax500 with its bottom 120mm fan wont have much room to breathe![]()
Nope, but it's easy to how distorted metal there would be a problem. Getting all six plastic tabs properly set/aligned and closed the first time took 10 minutes per door. The side panels make an extremely tight and secure connection to the frame.

azrael201 said:aren't the chevette cores huge? i didn't know they came in a single 120mm size. how does the black ice extreme stack up, i think that would be good fit for the top exhaust fan.
gman said:I just heard from Antec that the Phantom 500 will not fit in the P180. I wonder why they did that? I was going to get one, but I guess not.
Oh, if ya didn't know Zipzoomfly now has the P180.

kevin85193 said:have any of you found a site that allows you to choose the black front case?
im only seeing the all silver.
Can anyone who has/has handled this case tell me if the outer metal panels can be removed by themselves?
clarkkent333 said:Is anyone else getting the impression that this case isn't going to be able to match all the hype? Even the SPCR don't seem all that impressed.
Sir-Fragalot said:I like the look of the thing. I wish there was a no front door option. I can't stand that. At least you can fold it back and keep it out of the way.
My biggest problem with that case is that it won't fit my Tyan Thunder K8WE.

jermaink said:I know that you can put in optional fans, but does the front slot (or any other) make it easy to have a fan cool your RAM?
Can anyone give a detailed review (or are u still checking the case out)
Ungood said:The "spoiler" is low key enough to not really ruin the lines of the case, in my opinion. I'm a huge fan of clean lines and understatement when it comes to computer cases, and this doesn't bug me at all.
