I'm building a new workstation for work (machine learning/ann+render slave) and we're throwing 4 gtx 1080's in it. Before I bring it in I wanted to see how it handles some games - I remember reading that Nvidia was going to have some sort of special unlock for tri/quad-sli setups as it wasn't...

Building a small OpenCL renderfarm/crypto build... I have a mora3 180mm x4 radiator in my basement from an old GTX480 SLI build, was wondering if it'd handle the wattage of 4 290s flashed to 290x's? IIRC the gtx480s put out like 475w each, and I remember the MO-RA handled that fine along with a...

So two weeks ago I jumped on a deal for 3 zr2740w's feeling my 3007wfp-hc was getting up there in age. I also wanted to switch to displayport cabling thinking I could clean up my setup a bit by using daisy-chaining. I thought this as for two (three?) years I've been reading that the advantage of...

So I ordered a pair of these:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227564

I bought two Koolance GPU-220 (looked most flexible for mounting on future cards and no need to buy adapters vs MCW80) for both of my 480s, but I'm a bit concerned about routing the tubes. Almost wanted to go full cover blocks just for that but couldn't justify it.
Wondering if I can use...

Thoughts? Just picked up a GTX480 from TD for $380 after BCB/MIR.
With my current setup I can run the Triebwerks at <1500 RPMs and its basically silent. Wondering if I could get away with throwing a block on the 480 and just adding 2 more tubes in it, or if I'd have to throw in another pump...
As much as I love the windows 7 maximize to left/right half of the screen command, I really miss the ability to have additional screen space to put something to the side while having another app maximized.

Soo I bought this mATX mb and i7 860 so that I could dump it in my sg03 in a year and have a htpc.
