i have no idea what the OPN # is ADA3400AEP5AO was on the chip though. i really don't want to remove the cpu unless i have to.

i'm having some problems with this combo. my bios reads the cpu as a 3200+. i don't see any options to change the multiplier in the bios either. i even updated to the 1012 bios. if you guys need more info, ask away.

since your tv already has a built-in tuner, you don't need anything but an antenna. but since you have cable, it doesn't hurt to upgrade to an hd box just for convenience. the downfall is that there aren't that many hd cable channels.
