However theres no link from my motherboard to the backplane. I connected to the J0 port from my port0 on my HBA (IBM M1015). And then I connected power. Thats about it..

+1 - take the blue pill and move to 5ghz. You'll have way less congestion due to the amount of channels available.
If your computer(s) dont handle 5ghz they gotta be up for an upgrade anyway..? - reason to buy new [H]ardware :)
As serveral have said. Get some sort of vpn or proxy for your youtube traffic - or all your internet traffic :)
A lot of ISP's simply cant keep up with the demand for youtube/netflix traffic (or dont want to pay the $$'s for their cache boxes). Which seems to be whats going on with AT&T...

Currently im seeing 30-34 degrees on the CPU - via MSI control center thingie.
Its an EK-DCP 4.0 Pump im currently running.
