Thanks for the help. I got it fixed. My dual monitor setup somehow messed it up. I replugged the monitors and the card working fine now.

Ok I set it to performance and GPU-Z tells me that my PCI-Ex16 is running at x16. The core clock doesn't change from 400mhz at all when I am in game still. Any other suggestions?

To set it to performance do I turn off Link State Power Management for PCI Express? I don't see anythign else that allows me to adjust the video card performance. As for clock speeds, it stays at 400mhz even while I'm in game

I ordered two and contacted them. No "sorry money", just a bland response and them telling me they hope that I purchase from them again. Not happening.

Is there a point to adjusting the video color,video image, and desktop image settings in the Nvidia Control Panel when calibrating a monitor? I never see it mentioned in any threads. What's the purpose of Nvidia providing these adjustments if they aren't needed?
