They think Google is 'waging war' at Microsoft by removing ActiveSync and doing childish hashtags on Twitter like #DroidRage and...oh wait.
Feel the rage:

A few gems:
Need an invite, I'll give you a hug. :P
In all seriousness if anyone have an extra invite I'd appreciate it. They aren't worth much these days as they were worth a few months ago, just check the Dota2Trade reddit, everyone have them, some are giving them away for free or trading them for $1...
Direct2play.com is selling it for $24, but personally I don't trust these russian key websites, mainly because they require using a VPN to activate the game, which is against Steam's ToS.
The cheapest 'legit' website currently is GreenManGaming at $40. I'm waiting for it to get a bit cheaper...
This is relatively common with the S2. It varies from one device to another and happens when viewing at an angle. As long as it doesn't happen when you're looking straight I wouldn't worry about it.
Apart from the high-res screen I see no reason to be honest. In real life scenarios they are equally fast, the S2 still a beast in terms of raw power. It also has better developer support than any other Android phone out there. Just flash CM9 and call it a day. :)
It is getting better with every version (e.g. ICS introduced UI hardware acceleration). Also with the ridiculous specs coming on phones these days it might be good to put them into some use instead of being wasted idling.
I recommend the Creative Aurvana Live! (rebranded Denon D1001), they sound great for both games and music. Get them with the Zalman Clip mic and you're all set. Both should set you at around $80.

n00bish question...Does it make any difference if I connect my headphones though my speaker's headphone jack vs. connecting them directly to the soundcard's line out? I was wondering if they were being passed to the speakers internal amp in the former case.
Had the same issue with my G500/4HD. Turned out the sensor was faulty. Logitech was kind enough to exchange it for a new one (Without asking for the old one back), been working fine for more than a year now on the same 4HD pad.
I've ordered the Creative Aurvana Live headphones (Based off the highly praised Denon AH-D1001) along with the Zalman clip mic. I'll see how it fares in games and music, especially since I think my $60 7 years old 5.1 Creative speakers sounds good. :D
Sentinel 3 is a quality tower defense game, for 0.10 it's no brainer.
Also grab Paper Camera if you haven't already, it's a little cool app. The rest doesn't look that interesting to be honest.
For now my GTX 260 (192) handles everything I throw at it pretty well. Maybe it helps that I play all my games at 1680x1050 (8xAF, No AA).
However I'll be getting BF3 and Skyrim in the near future so I was wondering, is it worth upgrading from my current card, given that my CPU is currently...
I'm not buying BF3 for the same reason, but I sure as hell won't be touching MW3. Skyrim seems interesting for a change, and BC2 will have to hold me until EA resolves the Origin privacy issues.
Already using the Hyper 212 (not plus).
I have just tried 3.0 GHz (334x9) while upping the Vcore to 1.31, also bumped MCH and RAM by +0.01V, Prime threw an error within 5 mins...Gonna have to tinker a bit more with it I guess.
Been wanting to mess around with my good old Q6600 (B3). I noticed that it handles low Vcore well. I just did a Prime95 Large FFT run, and you can see how low the Vcore dip to (Bios setting is at 1.275, talk about Vdroop). Been running it like that for almost 3 years now, no issues whatsoever...

Some comments for the laughs:
I want to buy a few games from Amazon through their Game Download service for my friends. My question is, how can I transfer those games to my friends? Do they need to have Amazon accounts? Or do they have to download a steam-like client or something? Would appreciate some insights. :)
I live in the Middle East. In here, $270 will get you a brand new crappy Nokia phone or a maybe a used iPhone 3G. Android phones are not very popular and are a bit expensive. Also I'm stuck with Amazon or Buy.com due to international shipping, so no Craigslist for me.
Seems that the Nexus One...
I was looking at unlocked phones on Amazon and saw that they're selling the Nexus One for $270, seems like a great price for a new one (I don't live in the states so no contracts), however I have a few questions:
- I heard that the power button fails for most phones after a while. Was this...
A couple of questions:
- What is the life expectancy of a regular LCD backlight? My HP w2207 currently has around 9,400 hours. Though I'm not 100% sure but I think it's starting to dim just a bit, but then again it could be placebo.
- Just in case it goes out, is it easily replaceable? Any...
Is it just me or Vietnam is pretty much almost dead? I wanted to hop in the other day but was disappointed to find only a few decently populated servers are left (In Europe), there used to be tens back when it was released.
Oh well, back to vanilla
