The Story: Last night, I spilled a glass of water upon my desk. None of it touched the LCD screen, but it went beneath the stand. It was picked up, cleaned, and the computer was used for a couple of hours with no display issues or anything of the sort. It was then turned off for the night...

Problem solved. Uninstalled AVG9, and I've been able to successfully transfer over all of my ~50gbs of files I had stored on DVD-Rs.

Just via a DVD drive, is all. The system was previously (this morning) running Vista 32. I backed up a number of things onto DVD-Rs, tested to make sure they were working, then formatted and installed Windows 7 64. Now, if I try to take any large (1gb+) files off of the DVDs, or a large number...
