Okay, so I have two 8800GTS 640MB cards and whenever I enable SLi in the nvidia control panel I get colour distortion and flickering when they start rendering in 3D.
I am running Windows 7 x64 that I upgraded from Windows Vista x64. The SLi bridge is fine as are the individual cards. I've tried...
This is an awesome puzzle game. It's nice to have a good three dimensional puzzle game, rather than the two dimensional 'casual' stuff that bombards us.
By the way, if you want to hear the end credit song here you go: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xRV1oD2lP6E
Can anyone explain to me why the beta runs better at 1600x900 at high settings than it does at 1280x720 and medium settings?

It's an incredibly short demo, probably takes 10 minutes maximum. Long enough to determine the performance of the game, but not much more beyond that.
Here's a short five minute video: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=GEN2O3GR
The title to this particular screenshot was 'tomcat 68 is looking good'
I have to agree :D.
Really, this game is a ton of fun. Will probably be my multiplayer game of the year vote.
So far I've only tried out the 'easy' classes (i.e. just offence and defence), gonna try out the...

Here's a quick run through of the 2Fort level. I'll upload a video to GT.com if you don't want to download the 87mb file.
The game looks amazing.

Alright, it seems that the ending to Halo 3 has been leaked.

If you really want to watch it, you can find the video here:

The quality is really low.
I was getting decent speeds a week ago. Probably would have been best to do this earlier, not on the day that TF2 beta is planned on being released. Unfortunately, I'll be working through the release so I wont be able to play it today :(.
I've had enough of this sensationalist crap. There is no reason to avoid BioShock. It doesn't give you a root kit and it wont damage your computer. I, and almost everyone else, have had no problems with it.
Alright, I installed these drivers and it seemed to improve BioShock's performance quite a bit. I was running at a constant 60 FPS with all settings maxed, v. sync, and 1600 x 900 with an 8800GTS 640mB, X2 4600+, and 2gB RAM.

These are supposed to be optimized for BioShock.
Anyone have the links to Vista and x64 versions? I was only given the XP/2K link.
PC Gaming does not have to be expensive. Everyone needs to get out of the mindset that you need to have the best of the best to actually play PC games. Graphics, while nice, do not make a game and plenty of games are still great with settings turned down.
Look at the success of the Nintendo...
Online gaming.
Now that online gaming is prevalent and easy-to-use, games have extended life spans. Previous games would get old after the first or second play through, but with online gaming, you can get a somewhat new experience every time you play.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is a pretty decent game, but nothing phenomenal. I'm sure everyone remembers what it was meant to be however many years ago - if not you can check out this page and look for the DirectX 9.1 trailer - and it just seems like they spent all this extra time taking out content. If you...
