I have two monitors. Primary is 24 inch and secondary is smaller. Both run different resolutions. When I play League of Legends under a higher resolution secondary monitor resolution changes. I would like to view a website on secondary monitor while in League of Legends. All help appreciated.

I replaced the motherboard with another of the same model and it now works. That is a first for me. I did try updating the bios as well. I also tried reseating the card multiple times.

I resolved the problem. You have to install the chipset drivers first before you install the usb drivers. :)

I have installed the Intel USB 3 drivers and these still show under device manager. Is this normal?

Does your front usb 3 port power usb 2 devices? For some reason mine does not.
