Current PC specs:

Motherboard: ASUS P8H77-I
Processor: Intel Core i5-2400
Memory: 8GB
SSD: Intel 520 series 120GB
Video Card: Radeon HD 7770
Power Supply: Corsair TX750W

What should I upgrade? I want to play at 1920x1080 everything maxed out. All comments appreciated

I'd first upgrade the video card. Even if yours is the 2GB model it's still going to run like crap on medium settings (from my guess). I would get at least a 7950 since they seem to go on sale for around $190. Everything else looks okay. The processor might give you some issues with heavily populated servers but should be fine for the most part.



(my advice is taken from BF3 and assuming BF4 will be more demanding)

Video card is 1GB model so I plan on waiting for the Never Settle Forever bundle so I can get video card and bf4.
 
I also have the same question. I have a Radeon 7850 and want to upgrade, but all my other specs are fine.
 
670 or 7950 or higher. The rest of your specs are fine, well what is your CPU running at?

He has a H77 motherboard. He won't be able to overclock.

Anyway, Scootel2, what's your max budget for the upgrades?

He can't really overclock...it's just the turbo bins he can play around with a bit.

That's not s 2500k.

EDIT: didn't see the H77 mobo, so that's also out.
 
Well then maybe look at the HD 7970 3GB or the GTX 770 4GB if you're buying this month. Your current CPU should still be good enough for BF4.
 
I agree with Danny Bui...the HD 7970 will do the trick :) (we've used it extensively to demo BF3/4 throughout this year, latest event being gamescom in Germany).
