I don't think you'll see any adapters that just end in bare wire.
In any case, just get a molex plug and two pins, with some wire. Attach the wires to the pins, and then you want to plug the pins in the molex plug such that one pin goes to the yellow wire (12v) and one goes to the black (ground).
