Video card for generic 300W

I need to find a video card that can run without problems in a system with a generic 300W power supply. It is for my nephew and he would like to play Minecraft and if possible Skyrim. All help greatly appreciated.
 
Generic PSUs generally do not have PCI-E Power connectors so you are probably limited to a maximum of a GTX 750TI..
 
not the lowest, but actually the fastest per Watt that do not require extra power connector, ultra efficient, Thats the best you can find actually in the market under that requirement.. and it deliver more than enough power to run skyrim maxed out
