okay, still having the same error... so I'm right now testing all of my case ports to which one is a dud, or just may connect them while on windows only and don't boot with usb :\
couldn't find any for the intel Core i3 for bios update, only test suit and linux crap... use linux stuff? That what comes up under the "firmware" filter on intel.
thank god, after waiting 20 minutes for it to move or do something while it was on "92" it went into bios recovery mode... I luckily was able to use my wireless keyboard instead of the P2 keyboard to hit the command to either reset to defaults or go back to boot menu... I hit reset to defaults...
same thing on my screen "B4"... i left it alone on that screen while researching support on this issue and it actually just changed to "92"... now its stuck on that... normally when its good to boot it will say something like "A" something or "A8"
I tried doing a reset bios but for some reason my mobo does not have a battery to do this... It doesn't mention manufacture overclock on any of the product pages for them two, and I never overclock as well.. What else do you recommend?
My computer starts up with power looking fine, video looking fine. This has been happening for a while and generally hard booting (turning off PSU) a few times will make it boot up straight to windows 7 64bit fine... been like that since I got it, I dealt with it. But today, won't pass that boot...
I tried the repair windows options, and I got a response of saying something like it couldn't fix the problem. Then I tried a restore point and it said I needed to enable some hard drive protection (which I never seen before), so that wasnt an option. I also tried all the safe modes and options...
I got it to work finally... thx a lot guys... I think I figured out what I was doing wrong, I think I put the pins from the case the wrong way, like opposite sides. Not really sure lolz.
okay I got it to boot finally. Now how long does it take for the first boot to complete? seems like it's taking awhile right now, is that normal? let it finish?
thats the old mobo.
Anyways, I just made another test on my old mother board and current PSU, this time reading the online manaul. It seems to be powering up fine now..... Now I'm going to try the new one, again. Just one more time. Then I'll RMA it.
I dont think it's the CPU now because I just tried to add my old mother board that was working okay yesturday and now I'm having the same issue... And yes I did try to run both boards outside the case.

would it make any differencec if my fan on the PSU isn't turning on at all?
The video card is in the only 1 pci x16 slot, sadly I only have one.
The wire I can't seem to connect is wired "1394", from the case.
whats the name of the pins I'm suppose to connect them in?
Also this pin...
I got a - GIGABYTE GA-EP43-UD3L LGA 775 Intel P43 ATX Intel Motherboard - and - Intel Core2 Duo E7500 Wolfdale 2.93GHz 3MB L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor BX80571E7500 -
I turn it on, nothing runs but external hdds. I double check, triple check... I'm completely stuck on this one...
What is the max number of hdd drives I can have on windows 7 ultimate 64bit?
And what is the difference of Logical drives and Primary drives?
I have 3 active primary drives and I tried to put my new drive as a primary active drive, but it says I need to make one of my other active drives...
well I was told never reuse a CPU because that could be the problem, or even if the problem was the mobo, it could have easily already damaged the cpu... (again I was told this lol)
also here's an update I dont know if this is my mobo/cpu or even my psu causing this error, which only happened...
according to the item page on newegg, it's only a 1 year warranty
Unless there wrong, I can't get it replaced. I'd just buy another LGA775.

I was looking at these parts
GIGABYTE GA-EP43-UD3L LGA 775 Intel P43 ATX Intel...
The PSU is Thermaltake Toughpower [Cable Management] 850w, not sure if it's the W0315RU or W0230RU (model numbers) I can't seem to see them on the psu without pulling it out. (also on the receipt it doesn't list the model # as well which I brought by a local store, so can't just check online...

this may helpful information if anyone is still willing to help. The information is from "system information" in the windows error reporting area.
I'm not sure if you saw the pics I posted of my voltages here they are again.

On another note I need some help picking the correct bios update.
I have EVGA 122-CK-NF68-AR LGA 775...
okay, then should I just try a bios update?
- I've just reviewed some of my old emails with eVGA about the issue and they suggested using a new power supply since I'm meeting only the borderline voltage requirements. is there any way I can manually increase voltages to meet requirements above...
okay I would like to fix the timings on my RAM. According when the computer starts up it shows the timings (if I'm not wrong) I took a pic to show ya'll.

And here's the memory I have
CORSAIR DOMINATOR 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM...
well it's using a majority of my RAM for some reason and CPU. Slowing down my system.
update: I disabled it, now my system much more smoother THANK YOU !!!
