I tried the repair windows options, and I got a response of saying something like it couldn't fix the problem. Then I tried a restore point and it said I needed to enable some hard drive protection (which I never seen before), so that wasnt an option. I also tried all the safe modes and options in F8, nothing.... I also tried my windows 7 cd to repair the windows it wouldnt load it for some reason or had a hard time loading it. All I got is command promt and I got no idea how to use that, does anyone know how to fix this issue I really dont want to reformat, but I'm loooking into another option as we speak like moving all the files from the drive onto another drive, then reformating with a new windows... But how? All I got is a laptop and my windows drive is an internal drive, I was thinking of connecting my ethernet cord to the pc but I dont know how that works I assume I'd get access to the drives and shit like that but I got no clue on this area. The only idea I got is making the windows hard drive into a usb external drive and connecting it to my laptop and backing it up that way.... any ideas?

What I remember before this happen was running CC Cleaner and running the registrey cleaner, did that, I also made a backup file as well from CC Cleaner... but I can't access or know how to access the drive to run that backup.

remove hdd from main pc and hookup to lappy as usb storage and rescue any files that way. Then you can format the drive, refit it to main pc and do a fresh install.

It's most likely your easiest and quickest route.
