They've had this service around me for quite a while. All you have to do is call in and they'll credit your account. I've had good luck with techs though when I needed one.

I wish they would get a Zune HD2 out, and a TON more apps. I love my Zune 8 and the zune software is 100x better than iTunes ever was.

Windows 7 Ultimate Signature Edition. I have not been this happy with an OS since XP first came out. I hae been playing with it since I got it in the mail with my party pack, it is outstanding! If you do not upgrade form XP or Vista I feel sorry for you. It is well worth the cash.:D

I thought not everyone was going to receive a copy of Win 7, only so many people got the signature edition, the rest got party packs but no copy of win 7. That may be why its missing. :D
