Why are you pissed at Amazon? If they have a presence in your state, which they do, they have to by law. Go to your city hall and complain.Just remember if you are purchasing from Amazon, chances are you are paying tax vs a place like Newegg. Still pissed about Amazon charging tax...

Because their fullfillment center is not even built yet in Wisconsin. Why should I have to pay tax when ground hasn't even been broken (to my knowledge)?
You should be claiming all those internet "tax free" purchases on your tax returns. so technically you're trying to commit tax fraud.
Have you been watching the news lately? Amazon pays tax by default if it has sellers in whichever state. Doesn't matter if you buy it from Amazon or a seller, if anyone has a presence in your state then you pay tax by default.Because their fullfillment center is not even built yet in Wisconsin.
