Thanks I tried that and it seemed to help a little, what helped even more was when I disabled Webroot Anti virus, Apparently Steam games hate Webroot, I guess I"ll pick up Kaspersky when my subscription runs out.
I have the latest update for CSS and in the past few weeks I have noticed more and more that when the Bots say something, like T spawn or Round draw etc my video gimps and or the audio cuts out. Anybody else having this issue? if so how can I fix it.

Got another question now that I've looked around on newegg.com, I can get a 4gb stick and another corsair for 4xx.xx or I can get the duel channel kit for 299.99. Wondering if those would work in my notebook. Defiantly cheaper.
I do a lot of VM's on my laptop and want to upgrade to 8GB's of ram on my Asus G60JX notebook. I see good reviews on both Corsair and Mushkin, wondering what is the best of the best today. Quality/Reliability and performance. which brand is the perfect 10?
I ended up buying the 320GB Scorpio black drive last night and to my surprise, DOA! I can't win for trying here. Taking it back after I leave work to get another one. Hope this one works! lol
You know the economy is bad when you buy stuff and its DOA. Drive in my notebook last me 2 months...

Thanks for the advice. I did however forget to mention my notebook has a Geforce 360M GPU in it. Gets very very hot after 20min of gaming, so hot that I have to stop gaming because the heat burns my left hand. I'll look into what you guys suggested, if anybody knows of anything more powerful let...
Got an 16" Asus gaming notebook a few months ago and I have been looking for a good cooler, noise isn't a concern i just want the best of the best. All I can seem to find is silent ones that don't offer much air flow.
For the life of me I can't figure out why you guys are so against the Geforce 360M's.. ITs got 1GB GDDR5 ram and some of the specs are better than the Geforce 260M..
WOW plays fast, Wolfenstein runs great, COD modern Warfare 2 also runs great. Battlefield Bad Company runs great. the Geforce...
actually the G60jx's come with a 7200RPM drive seagate to be exact. as far as the video memory, yes, it does use some of the system memory 250mb I believe, but it does have 1GB decidated to the card. Ran GPUID, shows 1gb.
I would have much prefered Asus to put a Nvidia 280M graphics card in...
Bought an Asus laptop G60JX from best buy and GTA 4 runs a bit slow. Was wondering if I should upgrade from 4gb ram to 6 or go all the way to the max 8gb.
I have a system that first thing in the morning when I turn it on it will lock up 5 min later, same thing every day turn it on, wait 5min and it locks up. After I reboot it will run fine for the rest of the day, no hick-ups nothing.
I've ran memtest did a HD diag everything passes...
big time... never seen anything like it. even with indexing turned off the HD light would flash every 1 sec. safe to say i bought a POS.. The G60JX is one model to stay away from.:(
