CSS problem

I have the latest update for CSS and in the past few weeks I have noticed more and more that when the Bots say something, like T spawn or Round draw etc my video gimps and or the audio cuts out. Anybody else having this issue? if so how can I fix it.

I have an Asus G60jx-rbbx05
I5 430M 2.67ghz
4GB ram 1066mhz
Nvidia Geforce GTS 360m
Realtek Audio
 
Have you tried verifying the cache of your CSS files? Steam does a good job of that

if all else fails, just try reinstalling it to see if that fixes it
 
Thanks I tried that and it seemed to help a little, what helped even more was when I disabled Webroot Anti virus, Apparently Steam games hate Webroot, I guess I"ll pick up Kaspersky when my subscription runs out.
