Is this the sticker you are talking about?

I knew it was not exactly easy, but I figured I could make use of it because it was coming from another actual computer, and not something like a gameboy.

yep, I'm still watching :) I just haven't gotten back to the project for a while. I am pretty new to electronics. I do a lot of basic stuff, but schematics are over my head right now. I'm working hard to learn, though. Thanks for the input. Luckily, one of the other programmers at work spent a...
I got my hands on an old Fujitsu Stylus 2300 for parts. I want to rip out the touchscreen LCD to use in a case mod. Below are links to a few pics. I was hoping some of you could tell me how to convert the screen so I can hook a VGA cable to it and use it as a second monitor mounted on the case...
From what you guys are saying, I think I'm just not putting on enough clear coat. I did a couple of quick spray coats, sanded it lightly, then tried some Maguire's color enhancer car polish which didn't work worth a crap. I'll sand off the polish and work more on the clear coat. I see everyone...
First, I want to thank all of you for your help on polishing the brushed aluminum parts of my case. Next I would like to ask this:
How do I get a deep looking finish on my Antec case that I have painted metallic Blue. The paint went on nicely. The clear coat (Rustoleum Clear spray finish) is...
I recently ordered channel molding from mnpctech.com. The channel was smaller than I realized and doesn't really fit snugly to the case. The edges kind of rise up instead of gripping the case. I'm using it to outline a rectangle cut for a window in the top of the case. What type of glue do you...
I got my hands on 2 old fujitsu 2300 Tablet PCs. They don't have hard drives, but the screens are perfect. Plus, they're touch screens. I need some good ideas for these suckers. I plan on ripping the LCDs out for something, I'm just not sure what yet :)

Where do you guys usually buy your channel molding? I thought the local Autozone was supposed to carry it, but they didn't. Of course, Home Depot was a bust. This stuff seems pricey online at $1.99 - $2.99 a foot. Thanks.
