channel mold not fitting well

I recently ordered channel molding from mnpctech.com. The channel was smaller than I realized and doesn't really fit snugly to the case. The edges kind of rise up instead of gripping the case. I'm using it to outline a rectangle cut for a window in the top of the case. What type of glue do you guys use to adhere the molding to the case? Thanks.
