I never really could understand why people worshiped Halo. I suppose I was too spoilt by Counterstrike and day of defeat (as well as a mouse and keyboard). But it’s sad to see they’re ruining the nostalgia for Halo fans.

Same. I'm not a fan of the low res art style. It just feels like a lazy cop out from making real graphics. It doesn't give me nostalgia which is I think the only real meritable attribute of it. But I would actually like to see a 2D game...
