It does not support DDR2 800. Only 533 or 667. You should still be able to use the 800 but it will run at the slower speed.

Thanks. I just saw that ASRock mb. It looks perfect for a piece meal upgrade path. I can replace one thing at a time then get a real nice mb to tie all the new stuff together.
