    No POST after WC assembly

Dude, he dremeled his heat pipe in half and they STILL took his RMA  This is why I shell out extra cash for eVGA toys :D

    DYI Resivoir questions

I'm both saved and screwed from dealing with that problem. What I was planning on doing is using a solvent that literally fuses 2 acrylic joints together into one seemless joint, so there wouldn't be any glue for the glycol to eat at, all the joints would be fused acrylic. However . . . this...

    DYI Resivoir questions

Hey all, I picked up a Swiftec 220 Ultra kit not to long ago and everything is running fine for the most part except for that dinky resivor that comes with kit. Its come to the point where I just honestly can work with the damn thing anymore and I've decided to build my own bay mounted Res...

Cant run 3dmark since dual core upgrade :(

Did you happen to get new ram also? Bad or under volted ram will cause resource intense programs to crash easily. Also have you tweaked any settings in BIOS since your buy like clock speeds or volts? If all you did was upgrade your CPU and nothing else than I can't really think of anything...

    Reservoir question

Generally, when you're bleeding the system it helps a lot to keep the resivoir at the apex of the loop, but after bleeding is done and all the air is out you can mount it anywhere

    question on Evga's

I have an Evga 680i and I am very happy with it. I think the few extra dollars is worth the money knowing Evga's awesome tech support and life time warrenties. To be honest almost all of the 680i's are the exact samething save for the Asus Striker, which brand you buy from depends on who's tech...

Max vcore for an E6600 on water?

Intel's stated maximum safe vCore is 1.58750v Edit: I did a little more poking around, and while some sources say 1.58volts (Nvidia oc'ing guide for example) others say 1.55 (various forums chatter). I tried poking around Intel's site to see if they could fork over some quoteable numbers but...

    Pentosin Foaming?

Hey guys, really quick question about pentosin. I just finished my first Watercooling set up and I have it doing its test run and checking for leaks and the Pentosin (G11) I have in the loop seems to be foaming up pretty bad -- is it supposed to do that for a while? I heard that its normal for...

    About RAID-0 Array ?

If I remember right, the P5W's southbridge is an ICH8, which handles Raid array's really well from the benchmarks I've seen. I run a Raid 0 on a 680i and I can tell you its really nice. Though your average seek times do go up its only in mili-seconds where as your Read rate goes up in hundreds...

C2D: Which is best, highest FSB or stock multiplier?

Having a 445x7 setup would be better, you'd be running your Ram at 1:1 and overclocking the ram to 890mhz. The key here is to pray to the Overclocking gods by sacrificing some silicon and transistors over the flamming body of a Furby (the gods hate them as much as anyone) surrounded in an altar...
