Crazy thing was I did the norm, I logged my OC settings, reset BIOS and then installed new BIOS. Dud.
I ordered the 350 for now. Worse case I return it and snag the 370. MSI was a new frontier for me.
So, I have the same issue that many early adopters have. You pay a tax in the form of inconsistency, bugs and being a beta tester for a company.
My MSI B350 Tomahawk has not been able to POST since the latest BIOS. I've cleared CMOS via jumper and battery removal to no avail. The board has been...
I've only got LPX RAM in my current PC. When I had my 2500k system I used LPX too and it worked amazing since I used a tuniq tower that overhang the first RAM slot.
Appreciate all the responses. It's crazy how many mice are out there. I mean I know there are a lot but when you decide it's time to put old faithful to rest it's dizzying.
Work I use a M510 wireless, suitable and comfortable but at home I want more creature comfort.
Title says it all really.
My 9x is reaching the end of its life. I've looked at the new Corsair Glaive and maybe the Logitech 203 or 403. I prefer thumb buttons but could survive without.
Any simiar mice I should look at? I mostly do general pc tasks and video rendering. My gaming is usually...
I disagree. The amount of power phases is not the only factor. The Tomahawk has 4+2 and can OC very well. Oc3d tested one with an 1800x and hit 4GHz on 1.4v with only 8 hundredths vdroop so a drop to 1.32v is a very stable result...
I run a Ryzen 5 1600 at 3.9GHz v 1.335 on an MSI B350 Tomahawk. x370 just provides SLI. If you don't need it or prefer Crossfire the B350 Chipset will serve you well.
Same, it was the very first thing I did. Mflash to 1.3 on my b350 Tomahawk. Having some teething issues with M.2 but that's par for the course with new tech.
At this point most of those boards are probably going to ship with the first bios vsrsion released when the board hit retail.
Why take the board to the store? You can flash the BIOS from USB, no need to boot in to Windows to do that.
