One question, how did you get rust on it? Was it sitting outside or something? And you are on the right track, but make sure you get all of the rust off, and use the right primer, which is what you have I am sure, or it will come back.

No it went lots of places, i just wasnt sure of what cases were out there, i thought someone would point me in the direction of a shuttle case other then....shuttle brand. I dont really want to buy a barebone PC with the mobo in it already.

Not looking to upgrade that soon, I would be fine using AGP. Buget is probably aroud 500 bucks, if not a little more.

even if its plugged in, that light helps alot of people troubleshoot because even if it is plugged in and turned on, if that light is off, it most likely means your PSU is shot, or your motherboard is toast.
