Hello all,
Well I'm not certain what category this would go under so I started it here.
I'm looking to put my movies onto a dvd-r and have them be playable in a normal dvd player or a videogame console. The files are Video_TS, I tried once before with imageburn but that only played on my...
I have Logitech Z-5500's but this also happened with my old harmon kardon 2.1's. Whenever i turn on the lights in my room or the fan in the bathroom(right next to my room) and the speakers are on, they make a pop noise. It is really aggrivating but it does not seem to damage the speakers. Any...
Water cooling does look cool, and the right one could drop those temps below 10. I used to have an aquagate 3 (i think it was 3). It kept my intel 3.2 at 8C idle without overclocking. In that system though, especially with that CPU it wouldnt be worth it. Maybe after the other hardware is...
Thanks guys,
I removed the heatsink and there was almost no thermalpaste what-so-ever left on the CPU and the Heatsink. Adding new paste and re-attaching brought it back down to around 55 Celsius.
My CPU temp is always above 80 degrees,
I have a Thermaltake similar to the golden orb, its looks like a copper bowl with a fan in it. I never have had it run this hot, and my pc keeps crashing.
If anyone can recommend a really good heatsink as well.
Thanks
For Music:
If i want to be kind to my neighbours its only a bar.

I usually have it around midway on the digital music or movie...
I have the Z-5500's and i first put the massive sub in the corner under my desk, and it pounded hard, but my computer kept crashing. (the pc and sub were around 10 or 11 inches from each other). My advice is if its mostly for gaming, put the sub under your desk or in a corner, if its for music...
Please Help.
I have a pentium 4 3.2 running at 3.2 with this heatsink(or one that is very similiar, not sure of brand name)
http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=13700&vpn=CNPS7700-CU&manufacture=ZALMAN%20TECH
and my CPU is running at 75C and it used to run much cooler than that...
Thanks OldMX, but that didnt work. It went to the point I couldn't open any programs because it said windows was shutting down. After substantial time i rebooted it myself, any other ideas? and any idea why my PC refuses to let itunes work?
The first thing that happened was when i went to shut down my computer, clicking the shut down button, my computer would just sit idle and never shut down(or go to standby). Now it never shuts down on its own, and for some reason i can no longer run or even install itunes. Any thoughts or advice?
