CPU running too hot

Remove the heatsink, clean both cpu and heatsink and apply artic silver or whatever paste you used before.

I had that problem on my 3.0 pressy. I took off the heatsink with its 2inch layer of dust. I then applied arctic silver 5, dropped 16 degrees at least
 
Cleaned out the dust, havent removed the heat sink yet but I plan too.
