Stating that "NIVIDA hates innovation"
Names technologies innovated by NVIDA:
CUDA, G-Sync, GameWorks.
Not sure if you are trolling?
I would agree that Nvidia doesn't do much innovating. Gameworks and G-sync are closed / proprietary features firstly meant to lock in the Nvidia ecosystem, and not to innovate technology. And G-sync is a closed / proprietary variant of adaptive-sync - which was pioneered by AMD, and so isn't an Nvidia innovation.
Here are ATI / AMD innovations:
GDDR
HBM
APUs
GPU tessellation
low-level GPU technology (Mantle -> Vulkan / DX12)
multi-core x86 CPUs
on-die memory controllers
DisplayPort
64-bit x86 CPUs
async-computation in GPUs
And AMD makes their innovations free to use publicly. AMD innovates, Nvidia just tries to secure their market share.
