In for 2, but I haven't paid for them yet. I don't know whats up but hopefully I can get this. It IS protected by ebay buyer protection.. so either way I think you would be getting your money back. I would also like to know what we are waiting for lol
 
I'm gonna bet on this being a stolen / hacked eBay account. Seller's first US listing (all previous were France only). Hope eBay CS sorts out the claims quickly for those people who got in on this.
 
All signs point to this being a scam.

1) Price is 25% of market price.

2) Seller has not sold any previously.

3) Seller has not sold any computer components in the past.

4) Seller is from France and offering free shipping.

5) Shipping is within 10 business days of receiving payment.

I could be wrong and maybe this guy received a free case of 2500ks from his rich uncle. But, I'm willing to say with 99.999% certainty that everyone who orders from this is not going to receive a 2500k.

eBay buyer protection has a lot of limitations and they only work with the buyer to try and get your money back. You also only have 45 days from purchase to file a claim. So 10 days for payment to clear, plus 14 days shipping time, plus 14 days of "I totally sent the package a week ago, just wait a few more days" equals 38 days.

Everyone buying these should know better.

For this very reason I thought ebay postings from individuals were not allowed in Hot Deals? I can post random scams all day from ebay.

We are allowed to post Buy It Now deals, but maybe it should be amended to Buy It Now deals from storefront sellers or individuals with a certain amount of feedback.

2. Price ensures day-1 sellout
3. State item ships within 10 biz days
4. Transfer money out of paypal in <10 biz days

Same thing happened last year around this time...I'm mean all but an exact duplication.
OP should be verified...suspect participation/compensation or simply...a total DA...no offense
 
If it was in the US I would have tried. If shipping from France is anything like china it's going to take 30 days before my fake box of rocks shows up. I'm not sure how long paypal gives you to file a claim.

IIRC they will only refund your money if it's in the sellers account still. Unlike amazon payments they wont take the loss for you.
