what gaming mouse do you use/love?

Nothing so far beats the G9 I am currently using.

Recently bought a Razer Abyssus, what a piece of garbage that is. The sensor, the build a complete joke.

I have a lot of mice around now and without even thinking about it find myself using the Alienware Tactx more and more. I've just never had problems with it and it is extremely comfortable for my grip style and hand size.

*I've never had a Razer mouse that I didn't have problems with......

I love my Razer naga. Even though its meant to be a mouse for RTS games, I love the 18 buttons for FPSes. I have everything from firing and reloading to crouch, prone, PTT etc. on the mouse itself. Takes some getting used to, but its wonderful after that.

have had the razer copperhead and diamondback. Both work well and haven't had any problems. I recently was looking for a new mouse, and razer seems to be lacking qc so i went with the g500 and i like it pretty well.

Cyborg RAT 7 Gaming Mouse

Best mouse I have ever used. SOO comfortable with the pinky rest. There is nothing like it. Totally Customizable. Everyone who comes over, is blown away by how comfortable it is. Also, if you like a heavy SOLID mouse- this is it. heavy steal bottom and adjustable weights. Course now, the RAT 9 Cordless is out... always something, isn't it.

I've used mice in the past that have had stiffer than normal mouse 4/5 buttons. IIRC, the Deathadder's were much stiffer than the Ikari's. I need only barely tap the side and it clicks. The primary and secondary also share that feather click sensitivity. It's a very nice thing IMO.

I used logitechs becuase they fit like a glove for my hand. Then my last mouse was a x8 sidewinder, a lil bigger and bulkier but after 2 weeks got use to it and it is an awesome mouse.

Having used most popular gaming mice (G9, Mamba, etc.) I have to say that my current mouse, the Microsoft Sidewinder X8, is BY FAR the best mouse I've ever used...fits my hand perfectly, stacked side buttons, changeable feet, etc...just such a damn good mouse! I really cant see myself ever using anything else after this...well, maybe the X9 or w/e MS has coming up!

love my G500, 1st gaming mouse i've ever had,and love it (the form factor is the same i've used for a long time)

Razer Imperator and currently trying out the Razer Spectre (Starcraft). People complain about the tracking of the Twin laser but for me it's more accurate (much better headshots) than any other mouse. I tried replacing it with the Logitech G9, Steelseries Xai, and Ikari when I first read about the tracking issue. My skillz got much worse. ;)

i hated the cheap feel, the creaking, etc.

You obviously have a weak hand or a fault button there...

The button on my RAT7 is the same as on my RAT9, and I have large hands (I can palm a basketball) with a serious grip. "You obviously have" a desire to make up excuses for why my experiences conflict with yours. Its not just me though, read some reviews like the one that bit-tech.net did on it. You must admit, the pressure you need to use to press the sniping button is higher than the other two thumb buttons.

But tone it back on the whole "YOU OBVIOUSLY HAVE (insert insult here)", or we will all start thinking that "you obviously are a moron."

Yeah, customizable for tiny to small hands... anyone with large or XL hands is best suited with a different mouse; so not so customizable. And for all its 'adjustability', I still cant adjust it enough to actually be any more comfortable than a Microsoft x8, Speedlink Kudos, Sharkoon Fireglider, or Gigabyte m8000x.

Been using a Steelseries Xai now for about a week. My old mouse was a logitech G5 revision 2. The Xai is definitely a very nice mouse. It does take a little while to get used to it though.

Still using my Razer Diamondback (non-3G) from nearly 3 years ago. Best mouse I've ever tried.

Microsoft Sidewinder X8. Great mouse, wireless but feels like it has even better tracking than my old USB mouse. I will never go back to wired mice. Also the recharging is easy and awesome, about 30 mins and I can game for 30 hours(Or so they say, its pretty close to being true though!)

I use the g9 and the g15, except my g9 is shit now cause it was sold to me as new when it has initials carved into the bottom, under the traction pad. So now I have a complaint with the BBB. It's from ++++++++++ changed address so not to get banned

If this is against the rules to post were I was screwed at let me know.
The mouse is jumpy as he'll. Cant do fine measurements or what not because it jumps bad.

Razer Naga. I love having all those customizable buttons at the tips of my fingers. Plus, I got it on sale for 40 bucks so it's pretty hard to beat.

Im currently using the G7 it does have its moments where it will lose connection but I really like it. I wanted to get the G700 or the sidewinder x8 but found the G7 on ebay in good condition at a sketchy price. Anyway I see some people have the G700 and my question is how does it feel? I have medium sized hands and the G7 is almost perfect could be a little bit wider.

The Razer Naga is a great MMO mouse; and I often pooh-pooh Razer for focusing on tacti-cool marketing over substance. It could use a better scroll wheel, but I came from an MX Revolution (so all other scroll wheels are inferior). Razer: license the SmartShift-enabled MicroGear wheel from Logitech and you'll have the best mouse I can currently imagine.

G7 have same laser as G5 v1? If so, that felt wildy inaccurate to me. G700 looks VERY nice though.

I use basic black microsoft two button USB mouse. Those gaming mice stink imo. Overpriced nonsense.
Have you ever used a good gaming mouse? Your post leads me to believe that you have not, in which case any opinion you might have on the matter would be irrelevant, since it would not be based on any facts or experience.

There are some bad gaming mice out there, but you can't generalize them all. While I game with a mouse that isn't labeled as a gaming mouse, I would have no problem recommending certain gaming mice to other people based on their preferences.

I really love my Roccat Kone [+].
Allows me to make it Black and Yellow to match my system theme.

I've now tried every main wired mouse out there and ergonomically, they all suck compared to the Logitech G5. It's a shame, as most are technically superior.

I haven't used a mouse I like more than my original G5. I love the feel of it and the quality is real nice. I'm just a logitech guy.

got a gigabyte m8000x for christmas and it is the most comfortable mouse i have used. helps that the buttons are nice and easy to click too.

kudus to logitech. they sent a replacement G500 in place of my G5. The mouse is great, I really like the scroll wheel, you can spin that sucker fast.
