Sausage fest at Reapers . . .
buncha fat guys at a LAN..who would have thought...
That's nothing though. You should see some of the pics from the LANs I go to in Colorado.

In CPU Mag no less;
sure u got some hawties hiding dudeActually, my girlfriend and doc's girlfriend were in my room playing SingStar on the PS2, and there was howie_23 and his wife, but they were out when I took the pictures, and the night before there was another of my buddies and his girlfriend over, so 4 females to 9 males, much less than an average LAN of 100% sausage
Colorado? LOL. n00bsPDXLAN dude. blows anything in your state away. . .let me school you . . .
My son:In CPU Mag no less;
By little lan is just a filler . . .and those guys around the table are some kewl people . . .and some movers and shaker way beyond your arse
tho to be honest I love Colorado . . .beautiful country. Would not mind lanning there once in a while.
sure u got some hawties hiding dude![]()
I wasn't making reference to the size of the LAN. I was talking about the number of fat guys that we haveNice pix, though. What's with the red cans of bawls? I've only seen blue. New flavor? They sponsor our lans too. On the 11-12 of Jan, maybe we'll get some red in..
You're welcome to come LAN in colorado any time you like. We try to have a LAN at the Air Force academy at least once per month. Sometimes more often. Sometimes less. Nothing the size of the PDXLans. We have 40-60 people show up usually.

yes WoW is the devil of lan parties but we are starting to gain momentum again. as tim said, and i am bringing more members come our larger events.Reaper's gal Naiyo is a cutie ... and geeky and Doc's is is as well (she's getting geeky...) But I'm not allowed to say that cuz' I'm old enough to be their dad... lol.
We had about a 25% female gamer attendance when we had larger events with SpokLAN.net -- but WoW sort of killed them. We're ramping back up tho![]()

This was a lan party me and my friends had back on December 21st 2006 (little over a year ago).
Unfortunitly it also makes me sad since we haven't had a lan party since the January 2007 one. Heres to hoping to a huge ass summer 2008!
All these LAN parties need at least a pole and a stripper in the background IMO.

Why flame him for being a part of a christian based clan and affiliated with a christian lan? Also, why assume that you couldn't attend? Non-christians sit in the pews at every service at my church to listen and learn about Christ. They're not shunned or asked to leave. What makes you think that a christian or faith based lan would restrict those who attend? Christians aren't supposed to shun or neglect those that aren't walking with Christ. Ministry should happen everywhere and their lan is just that - a ministry.
And why make morality an issue and take a stab at the folks that attend his church? We are all sinners, christian or not.
most videogames are NOT consistent with Christian beliefs at least those espoused by churches. If you are into games then you pretty much are into the 'worldly' and 'secular' by definition. . .unless they are playing Railroads or something like that. TF 2, COD 4, etc are not Jesus-like now are they. Stop being so damned politically correct. I am just calling it like it is. There is nothing Jesus-like when it comes to videogames. If they want to go to church and be Christains that is fine but don't go blowing smoke up everyone's rear saying the two things go together. By teh way I am NOT an athiest. I just think religions are man-made constructs to control other men. I also don't think God gives a rat' arse if you play games or not.Quakecon looks awesome, most of the lan parties have too much lighting. Lan parties DO NOT need blasting overhead fluorescent lights...
Agreed, I'm an atheist, but just jumping on people because their Christian is bigoted and just the kind of intolerance we should be leaving behind. I dont know for sure though, maybe DarthBeavis has some other beef with the OP, in which case its another matter.
I suppose things like this go to show that human nature doesn't change because people decide to be "rational" and become atheist, atheists are unfortunately just as much open to the same faults that people always have been. The difference is each person's take on what the metaphysical implications of these faults are.
FYI, Atheists have meet ups too, not as much (for obvious reasons), but I'm sure if they had the organizational momentum then they'd be running Lan parties out of the back of their meeting halls, just seems natural. http://www.atheists.org/family/html/local_atheist_clubs.html
^^I agree^^
That one guy earlier that made a long ass post about Christianity....lol at the part where he dodges the eternal damnation question by saying, "Yeah but if you believe you are saved"....religion is a little too crazy for my liking.
