Having trouble updating my NIC drivers. Intel Network Connections is showing up in my programs list as 18.3 but the drivers are still listed as 12 something in my device manager. This is after running the self-executable install from Intel's website. Any tips?
Anybody know if waterblocks for the 680 Lightning will fit the 770 Lightning? Might finally be able to sell the two unopened Aquacomputer blocks I have collecting dust.
/\/\/\ Very nice. I've got one waiting to hook up, not sure I'm going to be able to resist a 2nd. Waiting on the 780s before I open the one I have so I've got some time to ponder.
If you do an RMA with Dell they'll drop off the new monitor and you have a set amount of time to send back the old one. If the new one is worse than the old, keep the old one. At least that's what I did.
Be sure to report back if you have any ghosting or cross-hatch issues. Really want to pick one of these up and I'm hoping the newer models don't have any of these problems.
Posted this in the case mods section but figured I'd check here too. I'm thinking of picking this board up and putting it in my antec p183. It looks like it should fit, with a few mm to spare. If I take out the lower HD cage I should be able to route cables through there. But I just want to...
/\/\ Thanks. I've actually already got the P183. Was just wondering if anyone else has gotten this combo to work. It looks like it will just barely fit. If I remove the bottom HD cage it should work. I can route cables through there. Now I just need to double check if the ASUS Maximus...
Anyone know if an Antec p183 case can fit an EATX board. Specifically thinking about the ASUS Maximus ROG z68 board. It looks like the extra inch might interfere with some of the cable routing? Anyone have any luck making these two work. I can take out the middle HD chamber if that helps...
For portability in-ear wins. I have a pair of Shure SE310s that I love. You're not going to get a lot of bass but you get pretty good clarity and the noise-blocking is excellent.
So I'm thinking of doing this deal with an ASUS Maximus IV but it's showing as not in stock in Boston. There doesn't seem to be an option just to have them ship one there. Does this mean I won't be able to make that order? Do both the board and the processor need to be in stock at your local...
I bought a 1090t as my "holdover chip" and I've been pretty happy with it. It overclocks well and is honestly much better than what I had before. I'll probably sell it once Bulldozer comes out, but I'm tempted to just stay put for a while.
I do. First one had too much back light bleed for my liking. The second one, which I just hooked up a few days ago, has a tiny bit, but is much better. They both had ips glow in the corners that went away when you look directly at that area of the screen or backed up far enough. My...
Just hooked up my replacement monitor. Nothing on the packaging or monitor indicated it was refurb so it seems like it's new. It has less backlight bleed than my original and now dead pixels so I'm happy. It looks like it's a keeper.
So after going back and forth on it I decided to exchange mine for a non-bleeder. How has the exchange process gone for those that have swapped? So far, it's been a bit of a nightmare for me. Dell telephone support transferred me around 5 times before I spoke with supposedly the right person...
Check the back of your packing slip/invoice. It has all the details on how to exchange. They'll send you one and then you have 10 days to return the old one. How long have you used the monitor? Mine had some backlight bleed the first night I used it, but it already seems to be getting...
Dell Small Business estimated delivery of 8/30 for mine when I ordered it on Monday but it's now scheduled to get here on Friday. So those who ordered and were told a week, might get it earlier.
