XFX RMA "waiting list"

I had to RMA my XFX R9 270X. My RMA was issued on 9/29. I shipped the card on 9/30. It arrived at XFX on 10/3. It was tested and found faulty on 10/6. As of 10/12, according to the XFX support staff, I am now on a "waiting list" for a replacement. No word on how long it could take.

Has anyone else been in this situation? How long is reasonable to be on a waiting list?

I am going to be upgrading to a RX 480 this week and I need to choose a manufacturer. I would like to stay with XFX, but being put on a waiting list for a replacement of my old card has me a bit soured on them.
