X570 USB Issues: Keep or Exchange for Intel

The "issue" has a simple fix, go into the network control panel and turn it on and off again, and that's only in the STRIX boards (not other brands). Unlike amd which you're stuck with a platform with a plethora of issues, not just USB or ONE brand.

Besides, it's not a chipset issue but a network issue, unlike amd, which is as a whole. Then again, not even their video card drivers have ever been reliable.

Don't forget to report to amd guys, they depend on you! Because they can't even find their own errors.

I would not worry too much about it as AMD has announced a fix for the USB issue.

I don't mind if someone needs to vent a little it's just annoying when it becomes obsessive thread crapping. Hopefully the agesa update resolves this issue for the folks experiencing usb problems.

I did see the good news this past week about AMD supposedly fixing the issue with a forthcoming AGESA update. I still haven't built my new rig yet. With this recent Microsoft Exchange zero-day issue, I've worked a lot of extra hours the last ten days and have just been out of gas when I'm not working. I plan a trip to Micro Center early Thursday morning to see if I can grab a RX 6700 XT or maybe something else if they have any stock. Hoping to build next weekend.
