Looking to but a cheap combo like an older i5 or i7 to be used as an office machine. Let me know what you have, looking for something ASAP.

I have a few month old hp prodesk 600, it, 8gb, 240gb ssd, win10.
I'm on vaca till 2/10 though

100-200 budget, the cheaper the better, located in TN just need to find something suitable by the end of the week.

I can get the specifics tonight, but I have an OptiPlex with a 3770 (non-K) that's unused.

I have an HP Probook 450 G3 that would fit your needs that can obviously be mobile when needed. Some specs are: a bright 1080p screen, Windows 7 Pro(Windows 10 Pro can be installed if you want), i5-6200U, 16GB DDR3 Crucial, 1TB Crucial MX500 SSD, DVDRW Drive, wireless and wired internet capable. Great condition for its age and definitely a capable office PC. It was used for launching VMs throughout its life. $200 shipped sounds fair. I can throw in a BNIB wireless logitech mouse and BNIB Samsonite laptop backpack to complete the deal. Let me know what you think.
