I guess you mean which windows OS? None really support booting off one AFAIK but windows server 2003 and windows XP pro x64 can also support >2TiB volume support

Wrong. All x64 versions of Windows starting with Vista SP1 support booting off partitions larger than 2TB. However,

1. This is only supported on PCs using UEFI.
2. The drive must be partitioned under the GPT scheme instead of MBR.
