My mobo for my Phenom II just bit the dust and I am looking for a different one since this will be the 2nd time the board has gone out after RMAing. I am trying to choose which board to get, but after reading reviews good/bad of the boards I really don't know. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't plan on overclocking but may give it a try this time around but haven't really decided yet. If none of those look worthy then what would you suggest. I am trying to stay around $150 or less if at all possible.
 
I recommend the Gigabyte.. They are solid as rock from my experience with them. Never had a problem. However, the Asrock may be the better overclocker...
 
If your planning to OC, I would suggest Asrock it has a better bios settings. Gigabyte if want a solid board.
 
If I was to pic one that you listed I would go with the Gigabyte from experience knowing their boards are solid. Never had a Asrock board, but like that it has the 990fx chip and that is your best chip if you want to get into overclocking. If your feeling ballsy, since you said you want to stay around 150.00 ish you could get the asus sabertooth in open box for $150.00 shipped or spend a little more and get the crosshair V for 165.00. (BUT) they only come with a 30 day warranty and you might not get all the accessories with it, but I always have and if it works for 30 day I dont worry about the warranty.

I had very good luck out of my old ASRock. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another. My favorite AMD board is the Sabertooth but that's $180-190. Out of the ones you listed, I vote ASRock.
 
I'm getting biased against Asus recently, lol. In any case - out of those 3, the GA board is the best. Asrock has a limited warranty, which is an aspect on its own to consider.
1. GA board is the most reliable of the 3
2. it's got an extra SATA port
3. More USB ports
4. a firewire port

Asus has an onboard GPU though... Plus if they intend to SLI/CF, then the PCIe coming down to 2x 8 might repulse some people.

The ASRock has the most PCIe lanes, but if you're only using a single video card it won't make that big of a difference.

Personally, I'd probably get the Asus since it has an onboard IGP. And I've generally had better luck with Asus boards compared to Gigabyte and ASRock.
 
I got the GB 990FX-UD3 and it is rock solid and stable OC. Check my sig. Bios updates are about as easy as it gets. One of my best purchases.
 
I've always had really good luck with ASRock boards. Them make some pretty solid hardware, but I would recommend spending $20-30 more to get something a bit better.
