i have an old athlon pc in my room that i use for movie watching... dont use it much but when i do its usually some hardcore porn and fuck the gf then watch some prepackaged hollywood make-your-girl-happy shit. pc's are a wonderful thing
I'll occasionally use my laptop in bed when I'm extremely tired. Most of the time the cat tries to block my view, though.![]()
No you are not fucked up, if you like to playing games...etc there is nothing wrong with it. But I would like to recommend you, when staring in the front of computer or TV for long time periods, take a breaks, atleast once per hour, few mins off. It will very reduce overall fatigue and eye strain.is this really not a normal thing? are people expected to talk to anyone at all in their lives for a greater amount of time than they spend on their computers? im serious about this by the way. i cant imagine having to try to talk to people for even half the amount of time i spend on my computer. people are just so terribly boring when compared to almost any digital source with a connection to the net.
im 22, and for the passed 4 years, i have lived in my dad's house. there are 2 bedrooms, an office, a living room with cathedral ceilings, a full kitchen with a dinner table, and a full bathroom.
because my dad used to work from home, i was forced to stay quiet or leave the house or go to my room whenever he was on the phone or working.
i would choose to goto to my room. over those 4 years, i have purchased a 52" tv, sold it to my dad, and then bought a 55" hd tv and put it in my room. i replaced my old compaq running on windows me with the right rig in my sig, and in early 2008, i replaced that rig with the rig in the left of my sig which also resides in my room.
when at home, i do not leave my room unless i am using the bathroom, getting food, heading out to hang out, or going to work/school. what reason would i have to leave my room? everything i want/need is in there except a toilet and a kitchen. its like a mini-house. i used to have a mini-fridge in there but i didnt use it enough, so i sold it to my dad and now he chills beer with it. i used to go outside to smoke cigarettes, but i quit smoking 2 months ago, and now i just use my e-cigarette and vaporize in my room constantly.
i work fulltime nights as a nursing aid while i goto class partime to become a nurse, so i come home and passout in my bed, wake up when the sun is going down, goto class, and come home to mash away at the pc playing games and watchin tv while i wait to goto work so i can make money so i can party on the weekends.
over the last year, my dad has left the house and begun working 3 hours away. he rarely comes home, except on some weekends. since i have become so accustomed to living out of my room, i still rarely venture into the rest of the house. why would i? my computer is the fastest, my couch and my chair are the most comfortable, and my television looks the best and is the biggest.
the only downside to living in my bedroom is that its upstairs, and as such, it gets about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house, so while its 65F downstairs, its 75 degrees F upstairs.
i live in a tower. i work like a vampire. i grind away at the pc as a casual - hardcore gamer with a serious movie/porn habit.
before anyone says anything, im just trying to find out whats so wrong with being on the pc all the time when you're not with friends / gf / workin / schoolin.
exercise is overrated. i just have a lot bizarre and kinky sex with my girlfriend of 3 years.
am i really that fucked up?
I use my laptop in bed every night. Typically for 30mins-1hr before I go to sleep.
sorry you feel that waypeople are just so terribly boring when compared to almost any digital source with a connection to the net
