Ok, so I was going to get some Zalman coolers... the CNPS9500, and a VF700-Cu...
Well scrap that... I want water!
But I have the tightest budget ever... $200 CAD, maybe $250 if I can gather that up somehow...
I see that Swiftech seems to be the way to go for a budget?
I really want to put water on my Northbridge, but from the sounds of it.. it'll be expensive to get one of those blocks, and I couldn't find one anywhere in Canada... that damn fan spins up to 7000rpm and is the noisiest thing in my system.
I prefer the thicker tubing for some reason 1/2", anyone have advice? Is thicker better? Or worth it over the thinner tubing?
And what about those Cooler Master prebuilt kits with the pump built into it? I'm guessing if I added a Northbridge block to that kit, it would probably be worse than cheaper air cooling?
I really hope you guys can help me out.. I have an idea of what I need to do.. but my budget is terrible.. heh..
And yes I realize I might have to just get the Zalman for the video card anyways.
So what I want is.. CPU Block, Northbridge Block, No res (Fill Port?), 1/2" Tubing.
And hopefully a pump that my monster overdone 520watt PSU can power...
Thanks for any help!
