I am currently using a Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer and its been a great mouse for comfort and lasting battery life, however when playing games such as battlefield1942 it is sort of lacking, while it is good with fast motions its terrible with slow small distance percision motions (eg headdshot sniping). So I have thought about a new mouse, namely the logitech mx510 since I hear it is an excellent gaming mouse. But here is my problem I absolutely will not go back to a corded mouse for webbrowsing and everyday computer use, however for gaming I would like to be able to quickly switch to the MX510 before loading up the game. Since they are USB I could probely just unplug one and plug the other one in, buts thats pretty ghetto fabulous if you ask me, so what I need to know is can I have both hooked up at once, and use some sort of software based switch to turn on each mouse?
