The basement might make sense. I can make some crops down there... being an ag. office and all.
 
Opened a public mine!
it is located at corsair lake, across the bridge and to the left. feel free to dig there with the proper technique of course. i found about 16 diamonds in an hour.
lets make this mine huge.

also: keep on dancing, arr4ws!
 
LOL. First tunnel i started digging in, found 8 diamonds.

There we go OC, I started my office in the municipals building! :) I even added a deck and expanded into the empty office next to mine :)

what do you mean? it most certainly wasnt me. yes, i was online when you told us of having been moved to strip in the corsairbar, and i just thought it was very funny, whoever did that.

Seriously though, if it hasn't already been done I'll remove the support beams tonight. Not sure if I'll keep the deck or not though. We'll see.

I harvested a bit more wood too. Might be just enough to finish the last floor! It's in one of those chests.

I added a fishing spot to the lake, you'll spot it near my office at the muni building. I also added support beams to my deck. So if they protrude too much, just let me know. They're not poles in the middle of the walkway though, so they should be fine :p
 
I so want to play on the server...but dividing time between 2 just won't work and I'd feel so inadequate cause you guys seem to build amazing stuff...

can players be whitelisted on the server but be set so they can't do anything? Like just have the ability to look around and defend themselves?
 
dude, you don't HAVE to build, we can put you on the whitelist and you can just look around if you like. it's not like it's absolutely required.


I was actually thinking of that... instead of a whitelist, just use the permissions like the old HC server and let people join and look, then promote to builder as needed... might make things easier...

well found the plugin that adds the ability to promote people to different groups in game, without this what we planned will not be possible. I'll do a bit more reading for config and try to get it going.... before the end of the week...

so i thought to myself today, out of sheer boredom, corsairs/pirates at a lake. no seven seas to sail? that aint right. started digging a small river to the east, will make it bigger over the next weeks, i hope, so that our imaginary ships can sail that way to the sea. will need to wreck some of the boardwalk, to build a nice bridge, any thoughts on that one?

you can already see it when looking at the map, small still though
 
yea, I really just want to look around in awe....and get ideas...

I only asked for non building rights because I feared people would get Po'ed and didn't want to get blamed for something I wouldn't do.

I was thinking the same thing. I'll help with that! Plus I could use the dirt for my giant floating island. :)
 
I had no idea there was even a HardCraft server, I'd love to get in on that. Not a super frequent player, but a couple times a week is my usual.
